Our Director, Mr. Bobby Lin, was graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1986. Having acquired his professional qualifications in 1990, he has worked on a vast range of prestigious developments in Hong Kong, China and Singapore.

Mr. Lin has expert experience in large scale and complex building developments. He is well familiar with the construction sequence, programme, working methods for different building types.

Ms. Alice Yim, the Deputy Director, has more than twenty years of working experience. Graduated with Honours from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1995, she has always been prolific in design and well familiar in all government proceedings.

The project portfolio of Ms. Yim over the years covers a wide spectrum ranging from low-rise cultural centre to high rise curtain walls towers for hotel, service apartment and residential accommodation.
