Wholesale Conversion of the existing Sun Hung Kai Logistic Centre (Shatin) at Fo Tan into a Data Centre.  Works were carried out under 7 Phases:
Phase 1-3 (2007 - 2008) including the addition of:
   4 Transformer Rooms for 12 nos. of Transformers
   4 Switch Rooms
   8 Gensets and 5 Fuel Tanks each with the capacity of 5000L
   8 Chillers
   2 sets of 16-storey high Tel-riser Ducts, and
   3 TBE Rooms
Phase 4 (2009) including the addition of:
   2 HV Switch Rm
Phase 5 (2011 - 2012) including the addition of:
   2 HV Switch Rm
   4 Fuel Tank Rooms
   Conversion of 1 whole floors into Transformer Rooms and AC plant rooms
Phase 6 (2014-2017)
  Wholesale Conversion of the Buidling into a Data Centre
Phase 7 (2019-2022)
   A&A and Fit-Out Works for the Data Centre
